Storage and processing considerations
1. Transportation: Steel plates and steel strips should be avoided during transportation; waterproof and moisture should be used during transportation; when transporting PCM/VCM steel plates and steel strips with cabriolet, wrap or cover should be carried out to prevent rain and snow from invading; Method of loading and unloading.
2. Storage: Please store according to the principle of first-in, first-out; steel plates should not be stacked more than three layers; steel plates and steel strips should be stored in clean, dry and ventilated places; there should be no corrosive chemicals near steel plates and steel strips; Snow intrusion.
3. Processing: In order to prevent surface damage and scratches during the processing of color plates, measures should be taken to prevent the surface from contacting sharp objects.
4. Cleaning: If there are contaminants on the surface of the color plate, it is recommended to use alcohol, volatile oil or medium-sized detergent for cleaning. Please do not use alkaline or acidic detergent to clean.
5. Protective film: The protective film can protect the surface of the color plate until it is protected; however, when the protective film is adhered for a long time, the film may be peeled off or the film surface may be deteriorated or discolored. Special attention must be paid, especially when exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light, or at an ambient temperature of 40 °C.
