The corrosion resistance of the coated steel plate is better than that of the color steel plate. Therefore, most companies with corrosive gases will choose to use the coated steel plate for roof decoration after the color steel plate on the factory floor is rusted. In order to ensure the use effect after decoration, there are two points that must be paid attention to: one is the spacing of the purlins, and the other is the position of the fixing nails.
1. When the original color steel plate is removed, the strength of the resin tile is lower than that of the color steel plate, so the purlin spacing should not be greater than 800mm. Most of the original purlins on the roof of the color steel plate are 1.5 meters apart. In this case, an auxiliary purlin must be added to hold up the coated steel plate. Otherwise, the phenomenon of bending will occur after use. In addition, the fixing nails must be fixed on the purlins.
2. When the original color steel plate is retained, the shape of the original color steel plate and the coated steel plate may not match. In this case, there are two ways to deal with it:
1. Add water-sliding strips and tile-hanging strips on the color steel plate. The height of the water-flowing strips should be equal to the wave height of the original color steel plate. It is advisable to fix the coated steel plate on the hanging tile.
2. It is a more economical way to directly pave the coated steel plate on the color steel plate, but two points should be paid attention to: one is to properly handle the wave crest of the color steel plate, so as not to affect the installation due to the unevenness of the bottom layer; the second is to fix The nails must be fastened directly to the purlins through the color steel plate and insulation (if any).
