3. The foundation line is constructed after the floor is installed, and attention should be paid to protecting the installed pvc coiled floor during construction.
4. Where the coiled floor is connected to other grounds, other grounds must be installed first and the edges should be processed to ensure smooth connection.
5. Before paving the concrete floor, it must be leveled 15-20 days in advance with mortar C10, and the leveling height is 5mm lower than the design height of the ground. The leveling surface is glossy.
6. The flatness requirement of the color-coated board for the leveling of the foundation ground is that the height error within every 2 meters is less than 2 mm.
7. The concrete and leveling layer must be fully dried before installing the coiled floor, which generally takes 15-20 days before construction. The moisture content of the whole ground shall not exceed 5%.
