The main classification of color-coated board production line

The color-coated board is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, good in anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed. According to the quality requirements of the products, we need to adopt different production processes in the process of producing color-coated sheets, so the color-coated sheet production lines can be divided into the following categories:

Ordinary construction production line

Ordinary building material boards are made of polyester paint as the topcoat, and are compounded by a roller coating process of one coating and one baking or two coatings and two bakings. It has excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and ornamental value. Various new building materials are formed through pressing, compounding and other processes in the color-coated board, which are used in various emerging industrial buildings.

Home appliance lamination production line

It is made of electro-galvanized sheet or hot-dip galvanized sheet with thinner zinc layer as the substrate, which is compounded by three-coating and three-baking roll coating process or coated with a layer of decorative film.

Printing production line

Using the printing and dyeing coating process, the gravure engraving roller of the finishing coater transfers the pattern to the coating roller to realize printing, such as wood grain pattern, and the other surface coater coats the lacquer or anti-ultraviolet protective film on it. The printing process is mainly to improve the decoration of the coated steel plate and increase the sense of reality.

Fluorocarbon production line

The fluorocarbon coating based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is used. Due to the electronegativity of fluorine atoms, a very stable high-performance fluorocarbon bond is formed. Coated panels have excellent weather resistance and are suitable for modern construction.
