The difference is as follows:
1. In the refining process, the base material of the color-coated board is the steel strip used for coating paint, and the front and back treatment of the color-coated board is very important. The plate has strong hardness and flexibility, and its coating has the ability to resist scratching, friction, collision, extrusion and other mechanical effects, and the color-coated plate coating can deform together with the substrate without damage.
The time interval between the end of the performance of the original coating produced on the pre-painted board and the need to overhaul it to maintain its protection of the substrate, under the influence of use, it will gradually age and therefore need to be overhauled to make it more durable .
2. The printed color steel plate is based on cold-rolled steel plate, which has been degreasing and phosphating, and then hot-dip galvanized on both sides under nitrogen protection. Oxygen resin primer followed by a chemically resistant colored topcoat to set. The color plate is a color steel plate with a layer of polymer material on the surface. It has one side and two sides, mostly one side, and the surface can also be printed with patterns.
