1. The defects of the color aluminum plate are allowed to be inspected with 400-grit sandpaper, and the grinding depth shall not exceed the allowable thickness deviation; the edges of the plate should be cut neatly and without burrs.
2. The surface of the plate is not allowed to have cracks, corrosion, cracked edges, and the surface of the plate with a thickness greater than 0.6mm is not allowed to have diffusion spots;
3. On the surface of the sheet per square meter, the total area of bubbles should not exceed 100mm2;
4. Process-coated aluminum sheet, allowing exposed parts and surface bubbles with or without coating;
5. The surface of the sheet is allowed to have slight pressing scratches, metal and non-metallic indentations, insertion wounds, scratches, roll marks, pine dendritic patterns and emulsion marks. However, the depth of various defects shall not exceed the allowable negative deviation of the thickness of the color aluminum plate, and a small thickness is guaranteed.
6. The interior of the mirror aluminum plate is not allowed to have delamination and cracks. Consumers must check carefully when purchasing.
