However, from the perspective of the use of technology, the choice of light-colored paint is relatively large, and some durable inorganic materials can be selected. Pigment, and this kind of coating has strong heat reflectivity, and the temperature of the coating itself is relatively low in summer, which also helps the life of the coating film.
Even if the color steel plate coating is discolored or chalked, the contrast with the original color after changing the light-colored coating film is small, but it has little effect on the appearance. In addition, dark colors are more organic colors, which are easy to fade in case of ultraviolet light, and are easy to change color within 3 months. For color coated steel plates, coatings and steel plates usually have different expansion rates, especially the linear expansion coefficients of metal substrates and organic coatings are very different. At the junction of the coating and the substrate, when the ambient temperature changes, the substrate Shrinkage stress is generated at the junction of the material and the coating. If it is not released in time, it will cause the coating to crack.
Here again, I would like to explain two misunderstandings in choosing the current domestic market:
1. There are a large number of white primers in China. The main purpose of using white primer is to reduce the thickness of the topcoat, because the general anti-corrosion primer for construction is yellow-green, so there must be enough topcoat thickness.
2. Color-coated steel plates used in construction projects in the same project, using different manufacturers and different batches of color-coated steel plates, appear to be the same color during construction, but after several years of sunlight, the color change trends of different coatings and different manufacturers are different. It will cause a large chromatic aberration.
