Compared to latex paint walls, coated steel plate walls have the following advantages:
- Durability: Coated steel plate walls are made of metal, offering higher durability and compressive strength. They better resist scratches, impacts, and other external damage, while latex paint walls are relatively fragile.
- Water Resistance: Coated steel plate walls are often made with waterproof materials, preventing moisture penetration and avoiding dampness and mold growth. Latex paint walls generally do not have waterproofing properties.
- Easy Cleaning: Coated steel plate walls have a smooth surface that does not easily attract dust and stains. They only require wiping to maintain cleanliness. Latex paint walls easily accumulate dirt and require regular repainting to maintain their appearance.
- Fire Resistance: Coated steel plate walls are often made with flame-retardant materials, providing high fire resistance and offering some protection against the spread of fire. Latex paint walls are relatively fragile and easily ignite when exposed to a flame.
