This allows the product to withstand extreme temperature differences from -40℃ to 80℃, and its corrosion resistance in acid, alkali, and salt spray environments far surpasses that of ordinary color steel roofing sheets.
Full-Process Reliability Verification: Through multiple laboratory simulation tests, including wind uplift resistance, hail resistance, and fatigue bending resistance, the product showed no change after 10,000 hours of UV aging testing and achieved a wind load resistance of 0.8 kPa, meeting the strength requirements for over 30 years of outdoor use.
Sealing and Structural Optimization: The locking edge design, combined with a special waterproof sealant, forms a fully enclosed protective structure, effectively blocking rainwater penetration and air erosion. This solves the fatal flaws of traditional color steel roofing sheets, such as easy leakage and rust at the joints, extending the overall service life.
