Introduction to the processing flow of coated steel plates

(1) The sheet materials that can be used as coated steel sheets are very common, including electroplated tinned cold-rolled steel sheets, stainless steel cold-rolled steel sheets, cold-rolled cold-rolled steel sheets, aluminum alloy sheets, stainless steel sheets, etc.

(2) Composite plastic films are also very common, including PP, PE, PET, PVC, ASA, etc. The film colors include transparent, white, and metal wood grain.

(3) Surface treatment of metal sheets In order to laminate the film and metal sheet, the surface of the metal sheet is first pre-treated, that is, the oil and debris on the surface are removed. Generally, vacuuming can be used to clean it.

(4) Conveying of metal sheets Before surface treatment, the coiled sheet must be unfolded. After surface treatment, the metal sheet must be fed into the laminating equipment for lamination. These tasks are all completed by the conveying device.

(5) Hot lamination The plastic composite film and the metal sheet are simultaneously fed into the middle of the upper and lower laminating rollers. The upper and lower rollers are heated by the heating system of the hot laminating device to generate a high temperature of 250°C, so that the plastic film is hot-melted together under the pressure and high temperature of the upper and lower rollers. (6) Film quality monitoring After lamination, quality monitoring is immediately carried out to automatically check whether there are any problems such as bubbles, separation, discoloration, etc. on the surface of the laminated board. If any problems are found, feedback is immediately given and various parameters are automatically adjusted to improve the quality.

(7) Waste film trimming The waste film around the lamination is cut and directly sent to the waste film recovery device.

(8) Film board winding The trimmed film board is sorted or rolled up so that it can be sent to the next process.
