From raw materials to finished products, everything is processed on a single production line, resulting in less material waste and a high yield. Because it’s roll lamination, the surface finish is excellent. Unlike other aluminum sheet lamination processes, our processing offers higher cost-effectiveness. Many manufacturers choose to laminate sheet metal, resulting in inconsistent surface quality, significant material waste, and a low yield. While the unit price may be lower, the overall cost-effectiveness is inferior to continuous roll lamination. We can process aluminum sheets less than 0.3mm thick, with stable processing and excellent performance.
Coated aluminum sheets also exhibit excellent ductility during processing, allowing for various shapes to be made without whitening or cracking during bending.
