VCM film-laminated laminate is first heated to 180°C in a metal substrate heating unit. It is then immediately fed between upper and lower laminating rollers, along with the VCM decorative film. The pressure and heat of the laminating rollers fuse the VCM decorative film to the metal substrate, securing the bond. After the fusion process is complete, the excess VCM decorative film is trimmed, resulting in the finished VCM film-laminated laminate.
