Color steel plate specifications and performance

Color-coated steel sandwich panels: Specifications and performance:

  1. Color-coated steel sandwich panels often utilize a tongue-and-groove insert design. They offer advantages such as easy installation, time-saving and material-saving features, excellent flatness, and high strength. They are suitable for suspended ceilings and partition systems.
  2. Thickness (mm): 50-250 mm;
  3. Length (mm): Due to continuous molding production, panel length can be customized according to user needs;
  4. Width (mm): 1150 mm (1200 mm)
  5. Core material properties: A. Polystyrene; Bulk density: ≥15 kg/m³; Thermal conductivity: ≤0.036 W/m.K; Operating temperature (high): Approximately 180°C.
  6. Rock Wool: Bulk Density: ≥110kg/m³; Thermal Conductivity: ≤0.043W/m.K; Operating Temperature (High): Approximately 500°C; A | Non-flammability:

A. 950 Corrugated Color-Coated Steel Sandwich Panel: This panel combines corrugated and sandwich panels, offering three times the strength of standard flat color-coated steel sandwich panels. It connects to the roof truss with concealed self-drilling screws, leaving the exposed surface of the color-coated panels intact. Panel-to-panel connections utilize a snap-on design for ease of installation and excellent performance. It is also water-resistant.

B. Rock Wool Thermal Insulation Color-Coated Steel Sandwich Panel: This panel’s core material is made from basalt and other natural minerals, melted into fibers at high temperatures, then cured with an appropriate amount of binder. This product is suitable for sound insulation in industrial equipment, buildings, and ships. It is also suitable for cleanrooms, blasting workshop ceilings, and partitions.

C. PU Color-Coated Steel Sandwich Panels: The bond strength of the sandwich panels must be no less than 0.09 MPa. The bending bearing capacity must be no less than 0.5 kn/m² when the deflection of the sandwich panel is Lo/200 (Lo is the distance between supports).

D. Polyurethane Edge-Sealed Glass Wool and Rock Wool Sandwich Panels: These use high-quality color-coated steel as the face material, continuous fiber rock wool and glass wool as the core material, and high-density rigid polyurethane foam as the tongue-and-groove filler. They are manufactured through high-pressure foaming and curing, automatic compacting, and controlled molding by long double-track conveyors. Their fire resistance is superior to that of simple polyurethane sandwich panels.
